Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Maximum stay 21 nights, minimum stay 7 nights May to October and 4 nights November - April, short stay prices are 75% of the 7 night price.
Changeover day
Flexible. Multiples of 7 night stays. Short stays from November to March (excluding Christmas and New Year).
Booking notes
Call or email to check availability. Deposit £200. Returnable damages deposit £150 payable at time of paying balance (returned 14 days after return, if no damages). Balance due 8 weeks before, payable by cheque or paypal (add 3% to total).
