The Villa

Formerly a small Spanish casa, this property has now been extended into a large luxurious villa with 5 spacious bedrooms, 4 with en-suite. Each room has individually controlled air-conditioning units. There is a well equipped kitchen with an indoor and outdoor dining area with a pergola to provide shade for outdoor dining. The private pool area, has a tiled terrace with sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. The villa is totally secure with a wall surrounding the plot, and remote access gate to the large driveway. The gardens are landscaped and well maintained. The villa also boasts a solarium/roof terrace to soak up the last of the suns rays with a glass of chilled wine.

Accommodation

Bedrooms:	Bedroom 1 with king size bed and en-suite. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 with double bed and en-suite. Bedroom 5 with twin beds (interconnects with bedroom 4 ideal for family with young children).
Bathrooms:	En-suites to bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 with shower and WC. En-suite to bedroom 4 with bath with shower over and WC.
Kitchen:	Cooker (oven/grill and hob), fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and juicer.
Living Rooms:	Lounge area with 2 large sofas, 2 armchairs, coffee table, TV, video, DVD player, playstation 2, portable stereo, iPod docking/speakers.
Other:	Dining room with table with 4 chairs, ceiling fans and 2 air conditioning units and access to side terrace. Long hallway with front and rear access, all rooms lead of the hallway, except the kitchen which is off the lounge.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:	Towels and linen provided, except beach and pool towels. Pool cleaned weekly. Gardens maintained monthly.

Accessibility
Villa is suitable for people with mobility problems however it is not wheelchair friendly and the pool is accessed up 3 steps.
